Patsy McGowan was elected Chair of the Business Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association at the Annual Meeting of the MSBA on June 14, 2013.
The purpose of the Business Law Section is to promote the objects of the Maryland State Bar Association within the field of corporation, banking and business law to bring together members of the Association that have a special interest in that field and to further the study, development, and improvement of the law applicable to such matters.
