Venable recently announced that Julia Geykhman has rejoined the firm's Real Estate practice as counsel in New York. Geykhman represents a diverse set of clients, including property developers, equity investors, operators, purchasers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers in all aspects of transactional commercial real estate. This includes all types of financing for borrowers and lenders at all levels of the capital stack, including mezzanine, mortgage, CMBS, and participations; acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets and interests; formation of joint ventures, preferred equity arrangements, and tenant-in-common structures; real estate investments; commercial leasing; real estate fund formation and fund-raising; and restructurings and workouts related to all types of real estate assets throughout the United States and abroad.
