Practice focuses on high-net-worth estate planning and advice
San Francisco, CA (October 10, 2016) – Continuing to expand its national Tax and Wealth Planning practice, Venable LLP announced the addition of Suzanne C. Farley as counsel in the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Farley joins Venable from Arnold & Porter LLP.
Ms. Farley focuses her practice on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, with a particular emphasis on family wealth transfers for large estates; trust and estate administrations; court proceedings and IRS audits related to trust and estate administrations; charitable giving; business formation and succession planning; and the formation and representation of tax-exempt entities.
