Independent schools are at the forefront of embracing new technologies not only in the classroom but also in creating more sustainable business practices, reaching a larger audience of donors, engaging in online sales, and communicating with their communities like never before. Many independent schools are implementing online enrollment contracts, applications for enrollment, applications for employment, and employment agreements.

Social media can be a powerful resource when used properly to allow schools to connect with alumnae, parents, students, donors, and other members of the community. Cloud technology has changed the way that information is transmitted and stored.
