Craig Thompson was featured in The Afro-American on August 5, 2018, and in the Cook County Record on August 7, 2018, in articles regarding his new role and plans as the president of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), which is a one-year term.
Commenting on the significance his ethnicity brings to the position Mr. Thompson told the Afro-American, "I believe that my experience as an African American man has strengthened my resolve to pursue big goals and withstand difficult challenges. I have been able to apply those characteristics to this position."
Thompson noted in the Cook County Record that he is excited about the opportunity to add his voice and vision to shape the future of the defense bar and legal profession.
"My plans are to focus on the things that make the IADC great and unique among professional organizations," said Thompson.
