We are proud to support the endeavors of The Legal Aid Society in helping individuals and families attain a safe place to live."

"This grant is part of our long tradition of unparalleled giving, which complements the pro bono legal work, community service, volunteer time, and board service of Venable's attorneys and staff," said Lindsay B. Meyer, president of The Venable Foundation.

"Homelessness continues to be a citywide problem impacting our clients and other low-income New Yorkers," said Seymour W. James Jr., attorney-in-chief of The Legal Aid Society.
