Venable Adds Tax and Wealth Planning Attorney Stacey Delich-Gould to New York Office

Experienced private-client advisor, Ms. Delich-Gould, was previously fixed income professional at Morgan Stanley and a New York University Tax Policy Fellow at the Treasury Department.

 


 

New York, NY - May 4, 2015 – Enhancing its private-client capabilities in New York City, Venable LLP has added experienced tax and wealth planning attorney Stacey Delich-Gould as a counsel in the firm's New York office.

Ms. Delich-Gould represents clients in the full spectrum of personal, tax and wealth planning. That includes work on complex estate planning issues, as well as wills, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, irrevocable grantor trusts and GRATs . She regularly advises executors and fiduciaries. She also served as lead attorney for a trustee in a multi-million dollar trust litigation.

In addition, Ms. Delich-Gould advises private foundations and public charities in tax and pension matters. She joins Venable from Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, and prior to her tenure at Cahill, she was a member of the Estates & Personal Group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Prior to her entering private practice, Ms. Delich-Gould served as the New York University Tax Policy Fellow at the U.S. Department of Treasury. She also worked at Morgan Stanley on the fixed income trading desk.
