WASHINGTON, DC (March 5, 2018) – Venable's real estate team represented Fannie Mae in negotiation of a lease in Boston Properties' Reston Gateway project. Fannie Mae will lease approximately 850,000 rentable square feet out of approximately 1,000,000 rentable square feet to be constructed on the Reston Gateway property. Fannie Mae intends to occupy the project beginning in 2022. Reston Gateway is a phased mixed-use, transit oriented development located adjacent to the Reston Town Center Metro stop (Silver Line), expected to open in 2020.
