Venable ranked among the top law firms in the country for REIT mergers and acquisitions in 2014 according to a January 15, 2015 GlobeSt.com article citing rankings from SNL Financial. Venable's assigned deal value was $4.67 billion and it topped the rankings in overall number of deals.
