Venable participates in WALRAA Diversity Law Student Event

On February 25, Calvin R. Nelson and Nora E. Garrote participated in the 11th Annual 8-Minute Networking Event and Reception sponsored by the Diversity Committee of the Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association. This popular event enables law students of diverse backgrounds to network with members of the legal community and begin the very important process of building professional relationships. Participating attorneys have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one conversations with a number of first-year law students from local law schools in 8-minute intervals, and introducing local firms to these students.
