Venable advised GenRock Investment Fund I, LP and its affiliates ("GenRock") in the acquisition of a portfolio of 52 Pizza Hut restaurants throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area and 14 Pizza Hut restaurants in the South Bend, Indiana region. Venable also represented GenRock in obtaining financing for the transaction.
