Venable recently represented a community development entity that provided $8,000,000 in New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) financing to an affiliate of a nonprofit entity for the renovation, build-out, and leasing of a portion of a medical campus in Memphis, TN. Three other CDEs participated in the transaction, adding an additional $19,000,000 in NMTC financing.
