On December 21, Venable Partner Warren Hamel was interviewed on NPR's Talk of the Nation with regard to environmental accidents and whether they warrant criminal investigations. The discussion focused on the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and the U.S. Department of Justice suing BP and other companies associated with the spill.
