Wenning Xu focuses her practice on commercial real estate. Wenning has helped clients in a variety of matters, from the acquisition and financing of properties to real estate development and management. She has assisted owners, developers, lenders, investors, and special servicers on transactions in major markets across the United States. Wenning has also helped clients with corporate matters associated with real estate transactions. While in law school, she served as a legal intern to the Honorable Judge Peter Krauthamer at the District of Columbia Superior Court.
