Venable Partner Craig Thompson will serve as the commencement speaker for the University of Maryland's winter graduation ceremony on December 18 at Comcast Center. Other recent winter commencement speakers have included ESPN baseball analyst Tim Kurkjian and Nobel Prize-winning physicist John Mather.
