Earlier this month, Venable announced that Allyson Baker
has joined the firm’s Litigation Group as a partner in its Washington, DC office. Baker joins from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) where she helped stand up the agency’s Office of Enforcement. Baker previously served as a Trial Attorney in the Department of Justice’s Civil Tax Division. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, consumer finance and tax controversy.
