Multiple publications feature Andy Arculin’s Venable move

Last week, Venable announced the addition of Andy Arculin as counsel in the firm's Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Task Force. Prior to joining Venable, Arculin served as senior counsel at the CFPB's Office of Regulations. In that position he was responsible for the development and implementation of sweeping consumer financial services regulations under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) under the Dodd-Frank Act's mortgage rules.

News of Arculin's move was noted in American Lawyer, National Mortgage News and National Mortgage Professional on May 1, 2015, the Washington Business Journal, Mortgage News Daily and MortgageOrb on April 30.
