William Wagner's arrival to Venable's Corporate Practice in New York was featured in two articles on January 16, 2018, in the New York Law Journal and New York CityBizList.
Mr. Wagner has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured credit facilities on behalf of corporate borrowers, private equity firms, portfolio companies, agent banks, financial institutions, and other specialty lenders. He will focus his practice on complex finance on behalf of lenders and borrowers.
