In his new role, Mr. Conner will represent his clients’ interests before the executive and legislative branches of Maryland government, and before county and municipal governments and agencies in the state. He previously served as the director of government affairs for Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski. During his time with Baltimore County, Mr. Conner formulated and pursued the administration’s annual legislative agenda and served as the chief proxy for the county executive on all legislative matters at the local, state, and federal levels. He also represented the county executive before the state government, the county council, and the county’s state and federal delegations. Mr. Conner previously served as the deputy state director for U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen and as the chief of staff for Maryland Delegate and then Democratic Caucus Chairman Luke Clippinger
