She concentrates her practice on domestic and international tax law, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, pre- and post-merger integration, and other global reorganizations.
Ms. Keeler advises clients on the tax aspects of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, pre-transaction structuring and post-acquisition integrations, and other global reorganizations. She also counsels companies on tax reform issues, including financial reporting, tax reporting, and tax-efficient strategies.
Ms. Keeler has significant international experience, including practicing at international law firms in Chicago and California, and in-house as tax counsel and tax planning coordinator for a major multinational energy corporation. As both external and in-house counsel, she has coordinated multi-jurisdictional teams around the globe to plan and implement divestitures, acquisitions, and restructurings.
