LeadsCon features Jonathan Pompan moderated panel on advertising and consumer protection laws

In an August 11, 2014 article, LeadsCon featured on recent panel moderated by Venable partner Jonathan Pompan titled “Staying Current with Consumer Protection: Practical Lessons from Recent Enforcement Actions.” The panel covered current Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigations involving lead generation, telemarketing, and other types of advertising. There was also a discussion of best practices for maximizing customer reach under consumer protection laws.
