The New IRS Form 990: What Does It Mean for Your School?

This event has already occurred.

Connie Baker, Thora Johnson and Patricia McDermott will be panelists at a Webinar for independent schools on the new IRS Form 990.

For the first time in nearly 30 years, the Internal Revenue Service has completely revamped the Form 990, the primary annual public reporting and disclosure tool used by nonprofit organizations. Schools will be required to file the new Form 990 for their fiscal year 2008-09 filing. The radically redesigned Form 990 will have significant implications for how schools report and disclose key operational details, and also will require careful, proactive planning at the beginning of the year to avoid embarrassing or uncomfortable disclosures at year-end. Learn now how to plan for this, before the new fiscal year begins.
