Venable partner Jessica Grant was a panelist for "How States Can Effectively Analyze and Pursue Recovery Opportunities" at the National Association of Attorneys General "Antitrust Litigation Training Seminar" in Madison, Wisconsin on October 9, 2014.

This program will analyze the strategic and economic factors States should consider when deciding whether to file suit, remain or opt-out of a class action, or not pursue any litigation at all. The speakers will also offer practical advice as to how States can efficiently deal with today's electronic information and data overload and work with economists and other experts to assist in analyzing claims, framing data requests and responding to discovery.
