Please join us for a complimentary, web-based seminar on CFPB supervision best practices on January 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. ET. We will leverage the experience of practitioners from Venable LLP, the Financial Services Roundtable (FSR), Promontory Financial Group, and Debevoise and Plimpton LLP to discuss topics such as:
- "Good" compliance management systems from the CFPB's perspective
- Likely areas of supervisory focus, including fair lending, add-on products, and debt collection
- The Washington perspective
- Managing your relationship with the CFPB
Developing and implementing your strategic approach to CFPB supervision is mission- critical and time-critical. Now that public comment period on the CFPB’s larger participant rule has ended, final rules on the supervision of large nonbank auto lenders likely will be issued in the spring with comprehensive examinations to follow shortly thereafter.
There is no limit on the number of participants from each company and no cost to join the webinar.
Are there specific questions or topics you hope to discuss? If so, please email the questions to Janelle Bowe at Janelle.Bowe@FSRoundtable.org. Additionally, participants are encouraged to engage in the conversation by submitting questions throughout the live event.
