Legal ethics has been labeled the sex-ed for the profession – you have to attend and you generally understand the fundamentals. In this case, what are the ethical rules regarding the use of "testers" to ferret out potential advertising and marketing violations? Can attorneys ethically supervise or direct investigators or testers who conceal their identities, purposes, or both, solely to gather evidence?
