A New Way to Pay for Intellectual Property Infringement Litigation

This article discusses the benefits of a new type of IP insurance for the initiation of a case against an infringer of IP property, where there is coverage for the plaintiff—not the defendant.

It is called "intellectual property abatement/enforcement" insurance. The benefit of this insurance is that it provides for resources that may not otherwise be available to protect IP property while allowing swift action.
