Jeremy Sykes focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. Jeremy has experience assisting clients with matters in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. He has assisted clients with all phases of litigation involving appellate litigation, CMBS litigation, commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, consumer class action litigation, real estate litigation, and reinsurance litigation, and other commercial matters. He also has significant experience in motion practice, written discovery, and trial preparation.

Jeremy is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He served as a mediator with the school's Divorce Mediation Clinic and as a staff editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
