Jonathan Beek is an associate in Venable's Tax and Wealth Planning Group. He focuses his work in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. Mr. Beek assists clients on the operation and implementation of qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation and welfare benefit plans, including drafting plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and other related documents. He also assists clients in handling employee benefits matters in merger and acquisition transactions. These issues can include due diligence, plan mergers, terminations, transition planning and employee relations issues.
