Lyndsay E. Steinmetz


Lyndsay Steinmetz is an associate in the firm's Regulatory Practice Group, where she focuses on aspects of federal and state political law, including campaign finance, lobbying disclosure, gift and ethics rules, pay-to-play laws, and tax implications of political activities. Lyndsay also advises public charities, trade associations, and other nonprofit organizations on a wide variety of legal matters, including tax exemption, executive compensation, corporate governance, contract review, lobbying and political activity, and regulatory compliance.

While earning her law degree, Lyndsay served as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Honorable James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and as an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice Public Integrity Section and at Fair Elections Legal Network.
