Mr. Murnane maintains a diverse litigation practice that focuses on commercial and shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and the defense of product manufacturers.
Mr. Murnane is a trial attorney who has substantial jury and bench trial experience in state and federal courts. He has tried several cases to verdict, including complex commercial cases, landlord-tenant disputes, and the defense of product manufacturers. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings and has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution. He has served as national counsel and routinely works with teams of counsel in the coordinated representation of one or more parties.
Mr. Murnane is active in the community. He currently serves on the board of directors of two nonprofit organizations: the Abilities Network/Epilepsy Foundation of the Chesapeake, an organization that provides services to individuals with disabilities and their families; and the Community Mediation Program, an organization that promotes peaceful communities in Baltimore City through mediation of disputes.
