Matthew Webb
Matthew Webb is a litigator who has represented major pharmaceutical and medical device companies in several product liability actions in state and federal courts, including assisting in the national defense of claims related to both medications and medical devices. Matthew has conducted and defended depositions of plaintiffs, medical providers, and expert witnesses, and acted as senior associate at jury trials in Pennsylvania State Court. He has represented monoline insurers in litigation arising out of mortgage-backed securities transactions; defended a corporate board in a derivative action brought by shareholders; and defended a CEO in litigation related to a senior executive's employment contract.

Before attending law school, Matthew worked as an editor for NIDA's Science & Practice Perspectives and as the production editor for the Journal of General Physiology and the Journal of Cell Biology.
