Venable associate Michael Signorelli was quoted in a September 27, 2011 Law360 article about a proposal by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to revise its online advertising guidance.

Commenting on the general principles of advertising disclosure, Signorelli said, “It’s still an appropriate standard that advertising be truthful, fair and not misleading, and any revised standard needs to provide flexibility for both the industry to be innovative and to adequately protect consumers.”
