Nichole Cohen

Counsel

Nichole is a member of Venable's Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing and management of commercial real property. As a member of Venable’s Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Servicing Group, she also advises special servicers in connection with the modification of troubled loans. Nichole is also a member of Venable’s Hospitality and Lodging Group and has extensive experience in representing both owners and brands in all hospitality matters.

  • Representation of national and international developers and managers in connection with hotel projects throughout the country
  • Representation of lenders and special servicers in connection with loan workouts and modifications
  • Representation of a major national poultry producer in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of agricultural and industrial real estate projects throughout the country
  • Representation of a national developer and manager in the acquisition and financing of senior housing facilities

During law school, Nichole served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Donetta W. Ambrose, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
