Rebecca E. Alba

Rebecca Alba focuses her practice on intellectual property (IP) litigation, with an emphasis on life sciences matters. Rebecca’s practice is informed by her undergraduate studies in chemistry. During law school, she interned with the IP division of a federal agency. She was also a member of a clinic, where she represented a client in a civil rights case before a federal district court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
