Scott Armstrong represents clients in litigation matters across the United States. Scott has significant experience in fact investigation and management, electronic discovery, legal research, motions practice, and deposition and trial support for complex multidistrict litigation involving vaccines and drug products. Prior to joining Venable, he worked on matters involving the medical device and pharmaceutical industries for complex multidistrict litigation and class action lawsuits.
Scott is a 2015 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as senior articles editor for the American Bar Association's Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal.
Scott serves as a pro bono attorney for Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, an organization that provides legal services to and advocacy for members of the arts community, and Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Service, an organization that provides free legal assistance to low- and moderate-income clients.
