Stephanie Annunziata advises domestic and international clients on various corporate and commercial transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and private placements. Prior to joining Venable, Stephanie focused her practice on investment fund formation, advising investment management firms, including their private equity, hedge, and hybrid funds, regarding formation and management, fundraising, regulatory compliance counseling, marketing strategies, and corporate governance. Her clients included new and established managers of various types, large and middle-market companies, start-up and emerging growth companies, institutional investors, and financial institutions.
