Ben Bryer counsels clients on trademark matters relating to the management, protection, and exploitation of their intellectual property (IP). Ben has drafted and filed trademark applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and prepared the filing of copyright applications at the U.S. Copyright Office. He also conducts trademark clearance searches and drafts reports analyzing the likelihood of successful prosecution and, when necessary, prosecutes both U.S. and foreign trademark applications. Ben serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel regarding potential copyright and trademark infringement and courses of action.

Ben is experienced in drafting a broad range of contracts, including settlement, merchandizing, publishing, option, and offering agreements. Prior to joining Venable, Ben was an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in New York City.
