Jennifer A. Brooker


Jennifer Brooker brings substantive military and government experience to her commercial litigation practice. Jennifer works on complex antitrust disputes and other litigation matters.  While in law school, she worked for the Department of Justice, Tax Division, and was a student attorney in the Veterans and Elder Care Clinic. Jennifer has worked on complex tax litigation matters and a multi-million-dollar whistleblower claim.

Prior to law school, Jennifer served in the United States Army, where she held various roles as an intelligence officer and paralegal, with a deployment to Iraq.  She was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service in a combat zone.
