Neha Bhat brings a background in biomedical engineering to Venable’s Intellectual Property practice, with a focus on patent litigation and an emphasis in life sciences and medical devices. Neha also has experience in patent counseling, including providing strategic advice on licenses and agreements, and performing patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
While in law school, Neha interned for the Wistar Institute, where she evaluated intellectual property portfolios for potential licensing arrangements and tracked compliance of performance milestones in various agreements. She also received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School and served as an articles editor for the Journal of International Law.
