Ali Clarizio assists business owners and high-net-worth individuals with tax planning, succession planning, and wealth preservation. Ali has experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney; documenting wealth transfer transactions; and preparing estate and gift tax returns. Prior to attending law school, Ali worked as a tax associate at a public accounting firm in Los Angeles, where she handled tax compliance and tax planning for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individual clients.
Ali is a 2017 graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. She also holds a B.S. in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
