Anne Celestin

Anne Celestin works with international and domestic clients on complex real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, due diligence on real property, and negotiating leases. Anne regularly manages the real estate aspect of complex M&A transactions, and has experience negotiating leases for a variety of spaces, including offices, laboratories, warehouses, and medical facilities. She has also worked on mezzanine financing transactions and advised tenants on early termination of leases and other alternatives during the COVID-19 pandemic.
