Caroline Choi joins the firm most recently from the Milken Institute, where she served as a policy analyst. In that role, Caroline supported research and programming on regional economic development, infrastructure, access to capital, workforce development, affordable housing, and opportunity zones to develop innovative, actionable economic and policy solutions for regional leaders. Her work often identified and tracked regional economic policy trends, particularly ones accelerating infrastructure investment and spending across the country.

Prior to the Milken Institute, Caroline worked at Flexport, a tech startup specializing in international trade and supply chain consulting. There, she consulted clients on their most pressing customs and compliance challenges and strengthened their supply chains. 

Caroline received her bachelor's degree from Smith College, where she majored in government and minored in public policy.
