Iyah Chen brings a background in neurobiology and biotechnology to the Intellectual Property Practice Group, with a focus on patent litigation and an emphasis in pharmaceuticals. Prior to law school, Iyah worked on the regulatory side of clinical research at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and before that analyzed hospital revenue at a healthcare consulting firm in San Francisco. During law school, Iyah served as the managing editor of the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy. She was also a student attorney at the Intellectual Property Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she advised entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures.
