Jess K. Coleman

Jess Coleman focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Venable, Jess was an associate at an international law firm, where he represented official creditors’ committees and ad hoc groups of bondholders in bankruptcy litigation. He graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law. While completing his degree, Jess represented indigent clients in housing and employment matters as a student attorney for Greater Boston Legal Services. He gained valuable experience conducting client interviews, drafting and filing pleadings and discovery requests, negotiating with opposing counsel, and appearing on behalf of clients in court and at administrative hearings.
