Jessica Dillon concentrates her practice on matters related to bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. While in law school, Jessica served as a legal intern to Chief Judge Robert M. Bell of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, Judge Lynne A. Battaglia of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, and Chief Judge Nancy V. Alquist of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. She was selected by the American College of Bankruptcy as the 2013 Distinguished Law Student for the Fourth Circuit.
