Kimberly David
Kimberley David is an associate in the Real Estate group. Her practice involves the representation of private and institutional investors, lenders and other owners of real property in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial property across a range of asset types. Prior to joining Venable, Kimberley represented private developers and public agencies in the land entitlement process and compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Kimberley also served as in-house counsel for a large California energy utility where her practice included civil litigation, real estate and regulatory matters under the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
