Daniel Fishbein focuses on matters related to the financial services industry, bringing a breadth of experience to his practice. Daniel has represented clients in white collar criminal matters involving healthcare and bank fraud, the Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) fraud, insider trading, and the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA).

Daniel has extensive experience counseling clients involved in internal investigations and investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), states attorneys general, and other government agencies. He has also represented clients in a range of civil disputes, including shareholder derivative, bankruptcy, and litigation related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
