Lani L. Fu


Lani Fu focuses her practice on estate planning, including wills, trusts, advance healthcare directives, assignments of property to trusts, and trust transfer deeds. Lani’s experience with multigenerational wealth transfer planning includes qualified terminable interest property (QTIP) trusts, blind trusts, decanting, and irrevocable trusts. She also has a background as a tax associate, researching and reviewing issues related to federal and local returns for estates, individuals, trusts, family limited partnerships, and private foundations.
