Marianna Felshtiner


Marianna Felshtiner provides international tax services to a vast range of clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Marianna focuses her practice on international tax planning and compliance, including the development and implementation of global structures and intangible property planning, planning to minimize foreign taxes, subpart F planning, cross-border transactional structuring, and planning regarding key US Tax Reform provisions, such as Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI), Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT), and Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (FDII).

In addition to international tax services, Marianna also provides counsel to companies on a full range of tax-related needs in connection with mergers, acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side), spinoffs, diligence, financings, and corporate structuring. She also handles complex integration issues arising from mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Venable, Marianna worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she was a member of the international tax services group.
