Mark Feluren

Mark Feluren helps clients navigate corporate law issues so that business transactions can run smoothly. For more than 40 years, Mark has represented both individuals and publicly held and private entities as general and special counsel, with a focus on commercial transactions, entity structure, and governance. He regularly handles mergers and acquisitions of public corporations, private companies, and joint ventures/partnerships; commercial leasing matters; the preparation of agreements; and the documentation of complex transactions. He also advises on entity ownership structure and separation, employment matters, director and officer responsibilities, indemnification and liability issues, and the resolution of financial disputes.

He is a member of The Florida Bar Business Law Section and the American Bar Association Business Law Section. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court mediator focusing on contract, business, owner, and acquisition disputes.
